I love Iceland. I’ve been to other places I loved- Paris and New York jump to mind- but when I see anything about Iceland, I get all warm and glowy. And there sure has been a lot about Iceland for me to see recently. They had some sort of natural disaster there, I think? A volcano, was it? Ah yes, that’s right. I've been in Vancouver for 2 month for an internship offered through my university in South Korea. I love travelling around, and I've been trying to visit and see as much as I can while I stay here. With work and school, there was not enough time to see and experience Vancouver and B.C., though I've been to quite a few places. Read more »

I find it's quite pleasant to meet somebody who's been to my country while I'm traveling outside South Korea. I met a guy on the ferry from Vancouver Island who has been to Korea twice already. He told me about his experiences while he traveled there and how the services in Korea were nice. And I talked with another Canadian guy while I was walking around the seawall in Stanley Park. He actually lived in Korea for 8 years teaching English and was enjoying a 3 week-holiday in Canada. Not many people have been to South Korea, so here are some tips for places to go when visiting.
