HI welcomes a new hostel to the network - HI-Prince Rupert
Hostelling International – Canada (HI-Canada) is pleased to announce the latest addition to its network of 29 hostels in Western Canada. Situated just a block from the waterfront, HI-Prince Rupert, Pioneer Backpackers Inn, provides an important budget option to travellers visiting this popular tourist destination.
Robb Cryder, Chief Operating Officer of HI – Canada – Pacific Mountain Region says “We are delighted to be associated with the Pioneer Backpackers Inn. The hostel will be a credit to the HI brand.”
HI-Prince Rupert, Pioneer Backpackers Inn offers a range of room types that will meet the needs of any travellers’ budget; from multi-share accommodation to various private room options. The hostel also provides guests with a fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ facilities, free Wi-Fi and large garden/ common space for socializing.

I am very glad to hear that it add to network.
I have stayed here for one month seven years ago.
The kitchen has changed from that time.
It was a very nice place.
If you sightseeing, I recommend you Butze Rapids near Prince Rupert.
