Your privacy and security is very important to us.  This year, your volunteer board and staff are undertaking two important initiatives: online voting and a member database upgrade to improve not only the security of your personal information but also ensure we continue to respect your communication preferences with Hostelling International.

Online Voting

Hostelling International – Canada – Pacific Mountain (HI-C-PM) Region’s Board of Directors' voting process is finally going online.  We are using a secure, online voting system that will streamline the voting process and respond to the following concerns raised by members in the past:

• Environmental sustainability is achieved through reduced paper usage.
• Financial savings resulting from reduction in printing costs, mail processing and postage.
• Personal security is enhanced by eliminating the need to display personal contact information on ballot envelopes.

To facilitate the new online voting process and modernize current systems, HI-C-PM Region’s membership database requires an upgrade.  To ensure the integrity of our member data, we need your help to confirm your latest membership and contact details.  Please complete the form even if you cannot find your membership number.
