Celebrate Earth Day at Jericho Beach

Give a nod to the planet this Earth Day with HI and friends at HI-Vancouver Jericho Beach. HI is getting together with the Jericho Stewardship Group and Evergreen to offer some earth-friendly activities and information on a day dedicated to the planet.

On April 24, you can take part in park stewardship talks and walks between 11 am and 3 pm. The hostel will also be open to the public where staff are on hand to showcase some of the latest sustainability projects in HI-Canada-Pacific Mountain Region. You can also submit your best sustainability idea for a chance to win a membership prize from HI.

If you want to get more involved, HI-Vancouver Jericho Beach's Earth Easy Project will meet for their next hands-on session in the park on May 9.
