Sunshine in the Sunshine
Check out these mountains!!!
Now that I am in Banff I was kindly taken out and about by Anthony Brooks from the HI Sales and marketing department. We headed over to Sunshine area so that I could check out the skiing and the awesome views...
The camera was a little blown away by the sun and snow combination, but you'll still get a damn good impression of how impressive the rocky mountains are, especially with the photos at the end!

This place is awesome... wait until you see photos / vids from the last few days... I've been kept so busy by my awesome sales and marketing guide here that I will be posting everything a few days shy of the event....
In last few days been to Sunshine, Lake Louise, done some skinning and marvelled at massive glaciers....
But I can't post about them tonight... been told I should get along to the Hostel's 'Jam night' to see the live band!!
Well..... if I must!!
Betty, sometimes you have to make your own luck.... if I hadn't entered I'd never have won... it definitely pays to (a) enter loads of competitions and (b) make a bit of effort and do those ones that require more than just your email address....
You only live once - grab every opportunity you can get and love it to the full!!

My friend LiLu sent me this way...looks like you are having wicked amounts fun! Happy to here that you hooked up with Anthony - he is an awesome guide to have in the Bow Valley - I hope you get some video of you preforming at Jam Night!

Lilu was very kind in hooking me up with Anthony.... we had a few great adventures and there are more videos coming of various things....
I did not take part in Jam night as such given that I have zero musical talent and would not wish my singing on anyone!! But there is evidence of manager Ken from the hostel playing and singing and various people joining in!!! Both with singing and drinking..... a great, great night of entertainment!
